Diamond Headache Clinic in Chicago Illinois take insurance?

I want to set up an appointment at the Diamond Headache in Chicago, Illinois. This is a clinic for headaches, I am wondering if anyone has gone to this clinic? Your experiences? I am also wondering if the clinic takes insurance? I have Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield/Lumenos Insurance through my employer. Thanks.

    They do take insurance. If you’re not sure if they’ll bill your specific one you can call, but they do take a wide variety of different ones.
